ചിക്കൻ കറി // Simple Chicken Curry' Kerala Style

chicken curry ingredients
Chicken with bone = 500 gram
Onion = 3 medium thinly sliced
Shallots = 8
Ginger crushed = 3 inch piece
Garlic crushed = 6 big cloves
Green chilli - 4 to 6
Tomato = 1 medium & and half on one
Turmeric powdr - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder = 1 tsp
coriander powder = 1 tsp
pepper powder = 1.5 tsp
Fennel powder = 1/2 tsp
Garam masala = 1 tsp or more if needed
At the end , taste it and you Can add Chicken masala 1 tsp , if you need more flavour to your curry
Curryleaves a few
salt
water - 1 cup +3/4 cup ( Add Hot water , Which i forgot to mention in the Video . Sorry guys)
coconut oil - 2.5 tsp

tried this recipe for chicken curry last night after scrolling through different ones. I must say it turned out very well.
