I have been using sunscreen named yuvine along with that HH lite cream, melasure skin lightening ,azelaic acid cream and tablets like GT-mine and evening primrose oil capsule as prescribed by doctor for the past 1year but there is no change in melasma. Can you plz share what to do.

കഴിക്കാൻ കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാം കഴിയും. എണ്ണയിൽ വറുത്തത് ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നത് വേഗം ഉണങ്ങാൻ സഹായിക്കും. ഞാൻ പനി വിട്ടത് മുതൽ എല്ലാം കഴിച്ചു including ബിരിയാണി 🤣. പനി ഉള്ളപ്പോ കഞ്ഞി അല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാൻ തോന്നിയിരുന്നില്ല. But എന്റെ സഹപ്രവർത്തകന് ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ലാരുന്നു. അവര് ഛർദിക്കുക ആയിരുന്നു. Fruits, juice മാത്രേ കഴിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ളു. അവർക്ക് അകത്തൊക്കെ പൊന്തിയിരുന്നു. മാറി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും അവർക്കു വയറിനു അസ്വസ്ഥത മാറിയില്ല. അവസാനം scanning ഒക്കെ ചെയ്തു treatment എടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു
