Non buttate mai gli avanzi della pasta biscotto o Pan di Spagna, si possono congelare, rimangono morbidi e si possono riutilizzare successivamente per preparare tanti buoni dolcetti
Ecco, come le ciliegie FINTE dolci ripiene, per il ripieno ho usato il top all'amarena, ma si può sostituire con qualsiasi altra glassa

50gr di latte condensato
40ml di alchermes
Top all'amarena (poco)
zucchero semolato q.b
CONSERVAZIONE:
Io le conservo in freezer, ma si possono conservare anche in frigo
