I watch Shan Geo for recipes as I am very busy with work but adamant that my family will have my cooked food. So Shan's videos are "No BS" recipe videos like I got the recipe at a drive thru 😆My mom used to give me quick tips and now thank you Shan Geo for playing my mom for that part on new recipes. There is kaipunyam. After 10 times you may make amazing curry but 100th time also it is the same only because of kaipunyam. Kaipunyam is needed to to design a new dish etc.
