Hey Matty, native Cincinnatian here. Your recipe is really close to what we eat. We tend to use less traditional chili spices. It's Greek in origin, not Tex-Mex. And there's sometimes nutmeg. Most people don't put actual chocolate in the chili, they'll use cocoa powder. You got the cinnamon! Yay! The amount of cheese you used is 100% accurate. And you like our chili! So many people claim to hate it. It's very popular to hate on my city. Just for liking it, you're my dude!

Lifelong Cincinnatian here. At the beginning I was horrified, but as the video progressed I was amazed. Would love to try this recipe compared to the standard mix we have here.
