If you're reaching to the point of using the worst racial slurs, you should momentarily take a break and seek professional help. Only escalations come out from angry racial slurs. There are proper outlets to maintain everyday rage from spilling to that point: martial art classes, anger management exercises, etc. But if you can't handle the stress from the job without escalating and "using one's mouth," then it's time to look at another job where you cannot "use one's vehicle" when in rage and neither a gun as well.

On one hand, nobody was hurt by this incident - in the moment. On the other, if she had been working a regular job she would have already been fired. For most of us, saying racist things while on the clock means termination. Also, she caused a lot of harm to her police department. Everyone is now questioning her integrity and the departments integrity. She also caused a fine. Shouldn't she be fired then? She probably won't. Why does this cop get a pass? Is it police union? Also, it's concerning that this cop has a racist bias. During a high stress situation shes is going to fall back on her racist attitudes. She isn't fit to be an officer.
