Sorry, but I don't buy it. I have lived in Cincinnati all of my 75 years, including during the '77-'78 blizzards. We have had more snow than this before, but it has never been handled so badly. So, J. Wilkerson is current Dir of Public Services. Take a look at his online CV. He's been bounced around multiple city departments. You have to ask yourself why he never managed to stay in one place. Seems like nobody wanted to keep him. Why is that, I wonder.
