When you re sell items, its like a new glimpse of human phycology when you try to understand why people would pay what they pay, for items they can get themselves for a cheaper price. Its similar to using door dash as a fully capable human. A human that can walk, talk, and drive, isn't necessarily busy, but will order the same meal to be delivered for a much higher price, rather than getting it themselves, why? I am really surprised to see it being sold so cheap. Where I live we don't have yard sales and used items are mostly sold for profit instead of just getting rid of them, unless they are really heavily used. But I guess 250 bucks is better than nothing. Such things might be quite hard to sale in the wrong place and a yard sale doesen't looklike a place where these things will have a huge interest.

@user-tb2jy9lu3d3 жыл бұрын
@POOR PAH TV I see two grown men agreeing on a price. Didn't see any bullying. He's the one who put the stuff up for sale at the end of the driveway. Nobody is going to pay retail for all of that stuff. When you sell something, even if it is new, the price drops. You can buy a brand new car off from a lot with 15 miles on it and take it somewhere else to try to sell it for what you bought it for. Even another dealer of the same company down the street won't pay what you paid for it from the first dealer. He could list all of that on Ebay and sell it himself, but didn't want to. He also made a comment that if he sold all of it, he wouldn't have to pack it up and take it back in. That shows his motivation, it's about zero. He says he's a dealer...all of that stuff is taking up room in the house.

@alan55063 жыл бұрын
@anonymous one but the people they sell it to enjoy the product. And they are doing a valuable contribution to society. They are taking goods which are gathering dust in people's homes and selling it to the wider population which will actually want these items. It is a job like another. Are doctors vulture? Are engineers vulture? Are programmers vulture? Ticket scalping and gpu scalping happens because the item isn't priced high enough. There is too much demand for the good. Instead of cursing the scalpers, instead encourage the supply to increase (ei. make more gpu).
