I just came from Carrie’s Instagram story and honestly the only fault in this is the bridge being off but it’s not a big deal. The bridge is like 13 seconds long anyway, so the rest of the song made up for it. It wasn’t even that bad of a performance and everything that happened was out of her control anyway because she couldn’t hear the track and her timing was pretty flawless considering she couldn’t hear the track

She really held it together there. If I hadn't seen her post I wouldn't have noticed anything dramatically wrong. She changes to the wrong key at the bridge, but if she was having trouble hearing the music, then it's not surprising. Even vocalists twice her age would have had trouble. @LunaLoveheart3 жыл бұрын
There’s was an issue with Carrie being able to hear the track so she powered through basically the entire thing without it. I think they took it down because it would be unfair to keep it up as an official professional live performance of the scene when there were pretty bad technical difficulties.
@jorjaolivia79703 жыл бұрын
Please don’t make judgements without knowing the whole story! They may not have been “forced”, they might’ve just realised Carrie’s discomfort with this whole situation and like any normal human being with any common decency, asked her if she’d prefer it if they took it down. If I was uncomfortable with a performance I did (I’m also a performer) and it was posted all over the Internet, I wouldn’t be very comfortable either. Everyone’s presenting Carrie as a massive diva, when she’s said time and time again, she puts all this pressure on herself (especially for an event as big as WEL) and we all do it for something we love/enjoy! So please, please, please, be kind. I know this isn’t the worst comment on here and I’m sorry you’re getting the brute of my rant, but honestly, I’ve had it up to here with all the CHF slander. She’s not a diva. She just had a bad performance and acted as any other normal human would act. Why do people in the public eye always get it worse? Ugh!
