Homelander is pretty durable and strong, for her to just make him implode. If that was possible neuman could have done it herself, but she couldn't even as homelander almost choked her to death. Also the show teased the limits to the objects she can crush, throwing a bunch of metal scrap at him wouldnt do shit. Cindys durability is also average, she took some bullet shots but didn't stand a chance against stormfronts lightning, so homelander could even speed blitz her or one shot her like he did to noir cause I think her durability is at par with noir maybe a bit more, although it would be harder cause she would put up a fight. Even if we agree her durability could be far more considering we don't have much information on that, it definitely won't go above Sam, Luke or male Jordan who can also tank bullets. If homelander didn't hold back and mercilessly kept attacking her with full force, despite her telekinesis she would lose. Also her awareness is pretty low, she was caught off-guard by stormfront. On the other hand homelander coupled with his abilities like x ray vision and super hearing could easily catch her off gaurd and laser her. Another point, don't forget that homelander has some of the strongest supes protecting him like Kate and Sam. Especially Kate. If Kate's mind control abilities go beyond touch, she could just make Cindy explode her own head. Note : editors plz stop hyping up charecters cause you think they have a cool powerset. Even andre in gen V had a cool power of maipulating metal and people thought he could control magnetic fields like magneto, only to find out later that it exhausted him to stabilize a fuckin helicopter.
