The shadow should also have a turbulent dosplace, cause the wall is warping and the shadow is on the wall. Also the shadow you cam just copy the keyed clip with masks, tint it to black, opacity 60%, resise 5 to 10%, move it to one of the sides and add a blur. This way you can avoid keyframes in shadow mask aldo it gives you room to use other effect on shadow easy. or just make a dynamic link to after effects and just drop a shadow with blur and 60%opacity.
