29:29 you can use a randomize effector, set it´s deformer to "point" and then the transform mode to "remap" that way you can control the randomness of the vertices in world space for each of the three dimensions separately. The neat thing about that is it also works on parametric objects, so no need to make it editable and stay in a non destructive workflow ;)
