Very interesting but many steps to get to something simple. In Octane Render I only need 3 nodes to get the same result.

Octane provides a faster workflow for quick out of the box results. But I've found it lacks the control required for detail orientated art directions. Granted I've not been using the latest version. Octane is fantastic for quick result but I've come up against a wall when trying to fine tune certain properties. Thank you for the feedback and comment.

Hi! Thank you for the tutorial. I have a question: how can we modify the material so that it shows not only edges, but also geometry and hidden geometry (becomes semi-transparent)? Guess it has something to do with wireframe node, but couldn't figure that out by myself.

Yes you can! The wire frame node in RS might get you the result. search for the wire frame node.

Very cool! Really smart approach. I believe this should be achievable in any render engine? I'll give it a try in Chaos Corona :)

Corona has been an engine on my radar for a while. I’ve been meaning to try it. The principles of 3D are universal, the main difference is workflow of the application in use. I reckon this is achievable in the majority of render engines.

I think so too, will give it a go! :) Yeahh Corona is cool, it's a bit on the slow side but I love the control it gives.@@BoldBreak
