@@Monterey96 I made the mistake of assuming this would be funny before watching it. Against my better judgement. This is a pretty easy film to send up. Unless you're SNL. VERY occasionally SNL is funny, like the Dead Poets Society parody, but most of the time it disappoints. SNL doesn't get broadcast in this country. But KZbin keeps suggesting it, and sometimes I get shown it by other people.

The Birds actually was the model for zombie movies (sudden attack on civilization by unexpected turn in natural forces, people barricade themselves in house, etc.). Psycho was the first pre-Meyers Halloween slasher film, North by Northwest model for dapper James Bond thrillers. Hitchcock really was a visionary.
