"They just birded a man to death!" is one of the most stupid NOT funny lines ever written. It would be hard to choose, because this whole skit was chock full of breathtakingly stupid NOT funny lines, as if written by high school interns. Pathetic - the skit and anyone who actually laughed.

I think of his version of the "Freaky Friday" sketch where he plays a failed director reviving a freaky Friday-like show except one that embraced the sexual implications of a father and son switching bodies. @@Monterey96 I made the mistake of assuming this would be funny before watching it. Against my better judgement. This is a pretty easy film to send up. Unless you're SNL. VERY occasionally SNL is funny, like the Dead Poets Society parody, but most of the time it disappoints. SNL doesn't get broadcast in this country. But KZbin keeps suggesting it, and sometimes I get shown it by other people.

The Birds actually was the model for zombie movies (sudden attack on civilization by unexpected turn in natural forces, people barricade themselves in house, etc.). Psycho was the first pre-Meyers Halloween slasher film, North by Northwest model for dapper James Bond thrillers. Hitchcock really was a visionary.
