it very help full but i got a problem i just download the texture file and giving me only four files diff,disp,nor,rough what is do now plzz tell me

On polyhaven it is usually those 4 maps plus AO. When you are on polyhaven.com, do not just click download texture. Click the three bars to expand a dropdown menu where you can select what textures you would like

This is cool but does slow down the work flow, reminds me of when I used to do 3d Studio Max and a short render could take 3 hours.

Yeah, this method can be slow and is probably best for single image renders. There are other techniques that can be used to speed up render or workflow times that I might get into more in future videos :)
