Fun fact: a true purpose of Grievous for Dooku was not just to make Seps look bad to justify the creation of the more secure Empire, but also to make humans from the Republic despise nonhumans (a majority of Sep leadership next to Dooku was not human) and cyborgs, like the count secretly did, especially Grievous (whom he had body ruined in the first place), so a new empire in Dooku's image was led only by pure humans who would show others their "rightful" place and in his mind were the only ones worthy to be above "ignorant masses of rabble".

I'm not sure the last one in Grievous's charges would be self defense. Kenobi was moving to engage Grievous after he learned that the people in the area he visited are being held hostage. Kenobi had reasonable cause to fight Grievous, so sending his magna guards to fight Kenobi wouldn't be self defense.

Grievous also went back to Dathomir a second time, so would that count as a second act of genocide? I feel like Jabba is a little justified for having Han, because Han owes the government trillions of credits and after the government imprisoned him they gave him to Jabba. 16:08 Maul admits to never wanting to kill Kenobi only to torture him, his attempted murder there should just be for Ventress (same thing at 18:37). During Order 66 Maul steals a ship that belonged to the government and knowingly left 2 innocent people behind causing them to almost die. Maul would also get a charge for permanently blinding Kanan.

Well the entire late stages of the war was pretty much Grievous' assassination attempt Though there were some concise examples: on the Malevolence for instance, Padme overloaded the engines of her ship to make it blow up with Grievous inside. He caught the explosion point blank but shrugged it off like the badass he was
