This movie really helped me understand more about toxic positivity. Branch was actually smart because he knew being loud and obnoxious attracts the Bergens. Poppy basically bullied him and got all her friends to join in when Branch was literally just trying to protect himself and his species.

By that logic, (let’s say, for an estimate, Bergens age at about 4 times the rate of the average human) King What’s-His-Face would’ve been (around) 100 years old in Bergen years. If about 20 years have passed, that would make Gristle around 80 in Bergen years, so he technically isn’t under 21. But this raises several questions about why Gristle still looks so young and how Bergens age in general, so I think I made more questions for myself than the movie did. Still food for thought, though.

Think about it: There are these humanoid creatures that are pushed to near extinction by creatures that are basically giant versions of them who eat them; the smaller humanoids proceed to withdraw to a walled off area where they can't be found by the giant creatures. Years later one giant creature finds them, therefore putting the small creatures back on the menu for the giants. The small creatures also grapple onto things and fly around as a method of defence against the giants.

Honestly, videos like this are done based on another's point of view and thus has bias to it. In order to understand a movie and develop your own thoughts, you need to watch it yourself and if possible before another person's opinion gives you a bias opinion of it. It really wasn't that bad, I thought the same and thought this movie was going to utter garbage; just pure garbage forced down my throat, but it wasn't. And the silver troll farting glitter was overdone and should have been taken out; but a movie should not be judged on one single joke. Some more sins: The cage containing the Troll Tree clearly had bars wide enough to walk right out, if the trolls were willing to do a little climbing. Where did baby Poppy get that cowbell from when it’s the size of her entire body (excluding the hair)? When Poppy dresses up as a delivery basket, her arms suddenly extend. Poppy is depressed for at least 2 minutes before she’s all fine and dandy again because of singing.
