Fun Fact: In 6th-grade I had a long-term substitute teacher, who appeared in this movie as a zombie extra. He claims they went as far to build a prosthetic head and were originally gonna blow it up, but they either ran out of time or the effect didn’t work, and they never shot it.

13:18 actually... you should definetly review Pumpkinhead 4! It's basically a Pumkinhead movie... except that it is also a Romeo and Juliet story... except that the feuding families are the Hatfields and McCoys... except that the story takes place in the 20th century's Deep South... except that it was shot in Romania with a mostly Romanian cast that barely even bothers to imitate Southern accents. Great movie!

Ellie Cornell deserves so much better than these flicks. Halloween 4 is an awesome movie, it easily puts the entire David Gordon Green trilogy to shame, and Rachel Carruthers is a more than worthy successor to Laurie Strode.

9:14 Who I only know from the TV spin off of 'Blade' taking over the role from Wesley Snipes-a show so forgettable [Spoiler I suppose!] the joke 'they'll never be another Blade' from the recent 'Deadpool & Wolverine' completely ignores that there was another! 16:56-17:07 Because The Wesley Snipes [again!] movie 'The Art of War' did well on DVD, a sequel was made with a new cast [with again a rapper taking over from Snipes]...only for Snipes to then make an actual 'Art of War 2' so the film was shelved. Like this example they considered releasing it as a stand alone movie but after 2 sold well on DVD it was released as 'part 3'. As it turned out, both 2+3 are awful and make the disposable original look like a classic in comparison!

2:21 I'm guessing this and other Boll movies like 'In the name of the King' and 'Alone in the Dark' eked out a profit on DVD so making a sequel for a very low budget would make sense from a business stand point [and 'in the name of the King' and 'Bloodrayne' got a third installment]. As awful as Boll's well known films are, the sequels he does direct show a decline in standards even from his earlier output [In the name of the King 2 is virtually unwatchable for example and star Dolph Lundgren freely admitted he only did it to pay for a divorce]. 16:03 sums them up well as the originals are at least car crash movies rather than just tedious.

If it's true about him fighting his critics, kinda wish I could have seen what would happen if Haku criticized his movies, whom I heard was such a legit tough guy even Andre the Giant didn't want to shoot mess with him. Or even Brock Lesnar for that matter. 😉 Yeah, the first movie, both myself and my parents, we hated it so much, it completely turned us off from checking out this sequel, and turned me off from even checking out the video game. So if this really is as bad as you say it is, I'm all down with you on watching Buffy or Day of the Dead instead, that would be miles better than this. Hell, maybe even the Day of the Dead Remake, and that's actually saying something with how gawd awful that remake is. But anyways, enjoyed the video. Thank you, Sean.
