Will the waterproof housing work on the old units?

I'm not sure, haven't tested that yet but my guess is know because of the extra plastic sticking out on the ends, I don't have the old ones with me but I'll test it when I have!

How’d you get the driving mode to turn off and have the light trail? On mine the light stays on then a the passing lights come on but even when dimmed to 0% the ambient light persists

Yes that was a setting in the App, so sorry but I can't remember! I don't have them with me now to check for you.

Hey man! Apologies for the late reply, been traveling. The 15X are my favourite for sure but only because I travel a lot. In most cases the 30X will still give you softer light and more power so I don't think you made a mistake :)
