Sketch 3's big joke was done MUCH better in Deadpool (where Wade and Vanessa propose to each other, Wade proposing marriage and Vanessa proposing anal). That's because there was more buildup and because after the joke, they let it GO and switched to her saying yes rather than spending the rest of the scene on that.
@LaineMann2 жыл бұрын
I love that movie so much. 😂😂😂
@redjed1002 жыл бұрын
Plus, there was a part during the sex montage where Vanessa said “Happy Lent” while the two of them were reading books. That did amount to a joke, but it showed that a) sex wasn’t the only thing on the movie’s mind in that moment, and b) that her and Wade’s relationship was about more than sex.

On the one hand, I applaud actors like Kate Winslet, Hugh Jackman and others for taking a pay cut to do a low budget movie and show they have a sense of humour, this obviously wasn't the one to choose. Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet did the same thing with Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, but that's one of my favourite movies, and they chose wisely. Movie 43 isn't Eternal Sunshine. Next time, regardless of what you're being paid, maybe read the script.

Badly written crap played by good actors is still... badly written crap. Then said crap was re-edited into something that makes no logical sense because the frame story of the "movie pitch" doesn't fit with the "comedy skits" and "ads". The actors have zero influence on any of this. Also, I think that "Wolverine" has given people a totally wrong impression of Hugh Jackman as an actor and person. He's so much closer to "Curly" from "Oklahoma!" and the guy who practically gave audience members lap dances in gold lamé pants in his song-and-dance stage show, than he is to "Logan". I have no doubt that he loved being on a set all day with fake testicles glued to his chin. He's a _thilly goothe._
