I really don't understand the whole concept you talk about in your video but I am just loving for last three days and watching your videos. I have much interest in music, poetry and lterature. But I don't have same interest in cinema but I watch sometimes good movies specially of Raju Hirani, Anurag kashyap, Imtiaz ali and Vishal Bhardwaj. And I think I am indeed curious about filmmaking and through your videos, I somehow trying to understand the various work done in the process of making a film. Yes it is. A movie is a collective work of a large time, where every piece is equally important. But I think it is ok to appreciate things piece by piece or appreciating only a piece of the whole without talking or mentioning other pieces.

Absolutely but in this case keep in mind that anurag only gave her that monologue without any context of that character at all for her to understand and she pulled it off so commendably it was truly something and that comes with just good acting tbh

Hey. You are doing great work just had some pointers from my side to elevate the overall quality experience of the video. Your voice is much higher (in volume) and blunt then the audio of the movie, which gives unprofessional vibes. The voice modulation feels too stiff like you are reading off a script. The concept of the video was great but it didn't feel like exploring the dynamics you were trying to present WITH you. Personally I feel like video essays such as this one must make the viewer beautifully dissolve and mingle with the story itself. The structure of the video was off putting from the story you were presenting. Like you played a scene and stoped it in between to express your views. So subconsciously I had to remember what the previous dialogues were in the scene to know why the character made the future choices. Don't get me wrong your views were great but it felt like the didn't belong to that specific place. And lastly you can try and be creative with the sounds in your video. Like when you show a scene you can put the movies original sound and stuff. And also when you present your views. This can make the viewer give more attention to what you are trying to say. This was just some constructive criticism from my side. All were personal observations and views and you are free to adapt them or leave them be. Love your ideas.

I hated her character. Didn't want to watch her but also wanted to keep watching her because she seemed to portray the worst parts of a person. she seemed like a person made up of parts of things she finds interesting but has no internal life or depth and wants to portray she is deep. Great analysis. Sorry to nitpick, but Indian names should be pronounced correctly as per their etymological context, pronouncing Kalindi with a "ka" (कलींदी) would mean kali (कली - pollution/corruption) + indi (river) = Polluted River. The actual pronunciation is Kaalindi कालिंदी = kaali (काली - Time) + indi (River) = Yamuna River.

The dialogue of apte, the one is focus, was quite dumb. Just because someone says it with intensity doesn't mean it makes sense. Actually, lust stories 1 was the real thing. Cz it intermingles the concept of infatuation, insecurity & desire with the concept of love....and then radhika apte acts very dumb ( which is good acting) and clarifies how it is just lust, n nothing more 8:14- exactly. This was so do stupid. So stupid😂 i remember laughing wd my colleagues over it...😂😂 I have a friend like this from college. I quite too many times have told her to just calm her tits.... Doesn't work, apparently 😂 Arre!! Last part daala kyun nhi... Wohi to best tha!
