The last of us is going to have their own Negan issue come season 2 and unlike Negan, Abby isn't charismatic or likeable. Plus the almost cult-like worshipping of Pedro Pascal is gonna bite them in the ass. While Joel and Ellie were pretty likable in TLOU they have hardly a single person outside them who is like a Daryl or Carol. I'm far more excited for Dead City over any Marvel or Star Wars project sadly. It seems at least for now, AMC knows what fans want and focused on fan favorite characters unlike say Ant Man 3 where they turned his daughter into someone I wanted to drop into a void.
