Seeing the interior of the house, especially the fancy ironwork on the staircase, confirms that this house was used (just before Kubrick bought it) as the disused house in the film Tomorrow at Ten (Robert Shaw, Alec Clunes, John Gregson) where the kidnapper takes the young boy that he has abducted for ransom.

Thank you, I enjoyed seeing this house and Katharina's artwork. (Also of note, this is the house that Simon Cowell grew up in.) This house entertained many famous celebrities. I believe it was inhabited by monks and friars some time before the Cowell's bought and refurbished it. If these walls could talk!!

I was aloud to watch 18 certificate movies from a young age, My mum would say you know it's all made up (I know, sometimes based on real life events) but again I was young so it was put to me 'use your own mind' don't act like what you see when deep down that's not you...trust is obviously a big issue with children - can you trust them? & about adults acting out violence from film's they've seen... well, not all of us have evolved as we should have.

Prometheus Rising Even though it’s technically true. Being raised from an incredibly young age by someone who was the father figure in your life, you would see that person as your dad. It would be weird if you referred to them as your step dad.
