From what I've seen on "my cat from hell," a stray cat can spray the doors of another cat's home to mark it as their territory, and intimidate the resident cat. That's what came to mind at least when the black cat walked up to your front door. Hope he/she doesn't bother Cinnabon too much!

One thing that concern me with other cat visitors is the possible shift in Cinnabon's behavior. From what I learnt watching Jackson Galaxy's video, cat may start peeing everywhere or being aggressive to Lex or anyone in the house or excessive grooming due to him no longer feeling safe in his territory and it stresses him out :( Just hope it won't happen.

The neighborhood panther doesn't realize that's Cinnabon's house and human now. It's watched Cinnabon come and go but doesn't realize his sent is all inside the home so it's trying to do the same as Cinnabon did taming you. Cinnabon's reluctance to go outside knowing the panther could be around proves that he's a little worried over losing your attention & he's not in the mood for confrontation. Lex we are having the same situation at the moment - at the age of eight one of our cats has developed an obsession for another one. But sometimes it looks like he’s stalking her. If you have a cat flap, it isn't uncommon for neighbor cats (and raccoons) to discover the flap and come in and eat your cat's food. So I imagine neighbor cats stake out houses looking for such things.
