TRUE GHOST STORY! When my “soul cat” passed in 2007 (DLH ginger boy who was the most precious soul I ever knew - he got me through so much), I was laying in bed, still awake, and a cat jumped on the bed. I saw them pass in front of the alarm clock, briefly blocking the light. Lucy was my sweet Siamese, who also was missing Desi, so I just knew it was her. I reached out to pet her and the cat was gone. I turned on the light and Lucy was curled up, fast asleep at the end of my bad. I have no doubt it was Desi. A few days later, I was doing dishes, heard a cat running through house, turned around saw an orange blur go past the kitchen. I said, “Desi?!!” and looked but he was gone. I hope he passed on to a better place, where I’ll see him again someday. ❤️😻❤️😻

My alarm system went off once. I grabbed my 12 gauge Mossberg from under my bed. I was like a navy seal going through my house room by room. Flat against the hallway walls, ducking behind doors, crawling on my knees. I cleared the house. Nothing there except for a window sensor that had fallen off and triggered the alarm. It was good practice. Oh...I'm a 60 year old female. 👍

Hey Lex, i noticed in the Q&A you mentioned how having a litterbox in the house was one of the downsides of having a cat. I dont like them either, but i got a covered one and its much nicer. Its got a door with a removable flap, & its like a little house, & you dont have to see anything, just open once a day to scoop :). One note about litterboxes though-even though its not fun to scoop them, if you scoop daily as you should (they dont want to step in their waste anymore than we do) you'll get to know whats normal for them & can spot if something's off. Cats are notorious for not showing signs of being sick. Because Cinnabon usually goes to the bathroom outside its not quite the same, but you can still notice if theres blood in his waste or it just doesnt look right. Especially as he gets older and spends more time inside and uses his box more, its really helpful to notice that, for example, you scoop every morning and theres usually 2 pees and a poo. If that suddenly changes and hes not going outside, you know something might be wrong & can hopefully catch it early :)

You can get self cleaning litterboxes as well at least in the US. Or you can use silicate litter, I use tigerino it really keeps the smell down, and it makes it easy to spot good in the urine.

My grandfather told me a ghost story from when he was living in mexico. When he was young, he was addicted to alcohol and abusive towards my grandmother who was then pregnant with my father. One night he was so drunk he grabbed a knife and threaten my grandmother saying he will kill her and their unborn baby. He then proceeded leave the house and walk toward the bar. When he was walking he heard footsteps behind him. He turned around and nothing was there. He was stumbling at this point. He went to relieve himself in some bushes and finally when he was done, he seen a shadow hovering above him on the ground. He looked up to see a woman in all white floating there just looking at him. He couldn't make a face out, but he knew she was there because of what happened between him and my grandma. From that day on he never touched a beer or have been abusive to my grandmother. They have 7 kids now and over 20 grandchildren and have been married 40+ years.

There are quite a few hospitals in my local area that are haunted. People hear and see patients that passed years ago. The faucets will turn on and off on their own (not automatic faucets). The call lights in patient rooms will go off and there’s nobody there.

My uncle used to be collecting weapon just like you, before he passed away from lung cancer (he was a really heavy smoker 😢). My childhood memories are 'fighting' zombies and playing all Resident Evil series with him. Good times. I wish I can show him Resident Evil Remake to him. However his hobby most about collecting Indonesian traditional weapon just like Keris, Mandau, Golok, Kujang, Karambit, and all. Civillian couldn't buy guns here, it's llegal, if it's legal he probably would collecting real guns too just like you. So he just collecting airsoft gun or replica gun kinda stuff, just few though. And yea, I think weapons (especially if it's already used to kill) can be haunted. I remember my uncle freaked out one day and called my dad about one of his collection, then my dad and my grandpa help him get rid of it. His neighbor's dogs acted weird and howling every night since he got that thing, and back to normal after he get rid of it. So yeah.

Ok I don't want to admit this but when I'm alone at home , I'd leave all the lights in the flat on when I sleep. And if I hear some strange noise or in a storm very loud thunder I will cover my ear so hard and wrap myself in blanket from head to toe and shiver inside. But ever since I have this cat, every time I wake up in the middle of the night, she will be right there beside me and staring at me (not for food), sometimes she hears me wake up and will immediately come to me. I dont feel scared anymore. At first my sole purpose to keep a cat is : 1) To keep myself from being afraid 2) Easier maintenance than dog 3) They're cute But slowly I begin to feel cats are more than just that, eventhough they freaked out easily in the mortal world, they have some strange power to ward off something as u know, they will growl very hard or meow in a very loud tone at something we can't see, and then after a while they're all calm and chill, that's when I know there's nothing there anymore, and feel so at ease . And most importantly of all , they know how to love us back.

My father had been in hospice and was not doing well. One night I woke up at 11:35 pm and at the foot of my bed was a white mist in the shape of a person. For some odd reason it didn't scare me, which I would think it usually would have. The mist dissipated and I went back to sleep. My mother called the next morning to tell me that my father had passed at 11:34 pm the night before. I believe my father visited the night before. Additionally, I have a lot of antiques that I've collected over the years and as a child I remember my grandmother telling me before buying anything used pick it up and hold it to see if it has a good feeling or a bad feeling. Oddly enough, I've been interested in certain antiques to purchase, but when I picked them up I had a bad feeling so I never bought them. All my antiques have had a good feeling. They say that "things" can be haunted and you do have a lot of antique items in your home.

It's easy for a house to become haunted. For example, a single use of a Ouija board can do it because it opens the doorway between the natural and supernatural worlds. Or, someone practicing witchcraft, shamanism, or other supernatural rituals in the house. I've studied the subject because I grew up in a haunted house, but I never told anyone because I was afraid they'd think I was nuts. But my mom looked after my two sons for a weekend when they were in middle school, and 12 years later, when my boys and I were celebrating Christmas Eve, they said out of the blue, "You know that house is haunted, right?" and proceeded to tell me how something tried to push them down the stairs. I'm a Christian, and when I lived there, I felt that there was a hostile presence, but after I got married and left home, my sister tells me that things really ran amok, with voices on the main floor after everyone went to bed upstairs, the sound of stuff being moved around, walking on the stairs, etc. I'm sure the thing(s) were held in check while there was a Christian in the house, but after I left, there was nothing to stop it/them. My mother even wanted the house burned down and the ground salted after her death, but of course that didn't happen, not in town. The new owner does not live in it, however; he only uses it as storage.

Lex, Cinnabon says to tell you he is your furrever son and you are his slave-to-love Daddy. He senses all the spirits you've brought in with your cool memorabilia. I'm sure your dog Theo also senses ghost beings too. It's smart to take note of what they sense. I know both cats and dogs see and hear and sense things that pass us humans by. There is probably some old memorabilia in your curio cabinet that is attached to an old spirit that both Theo and Cinnabon picked up on. If you know someone with psychic abilities, it might be interesting to invite them over to sense what they can feel. Who knows? You and your brother might have psychic abilities. You both seem open to the positive light side of the paranormal world. Lex, I love the fact that you are a pretty balanced man who reveres nature, so you'd keep a level head when walking into the paranormal world. You've got a scientific mind plus an open imagination, so I think whatever paranormal experiences you have you'd probably stop and consider different angles... Years ago, in our townhouse, my husband and I woke up to the sound of someone banging on metal with a wrench. It sounded like it was coming from the basement where the furnace/ac unit was. My husband grabbed a bat and we went all through the house, and looked outside, front and back--didn't see or hear a thing. We checked the hvac unit, no fan or anything was running. That was creepy. My daughter who is 25 now, says she always heard kitchen cabinet doors opening & closing at night in that same house--her bedroom was closest to the kitchen. We still talk about that, it was creepy.

Old antiques, especially war items, can carry energy. If you are so inclined, there is a device you can buy that will actually light up if an item holds energy. Something in your curio cabinet is holding energy and that is what you are hearing. So you could say you may have a some unknown energy in your home, though haunted? Not really.

I have an old spinet piano from the 1950s that I used to keep in my family room on the 1st floor, and things would happen around here that I couldn't explain, and mostly it would be noises in, on or near that old piano. But, once I moved the piano to the basement several months ago, and keep the basement door locked to the 1st floor, haven't heard one peep around here.. not once.

Was heading to dreamland & up you popped, couldn't resist😄 When my cat was a little baby kitten she used to stare intensely at the ceiling. There were no bugs, no webs, nothing. This is not a ghost story, a while back a middle age couple moved in 2 doors down. Very nice, quiet. That year the wife made Xmas ornaments for the neighbors. I saw it when I got home from work, and this horrible, sick feeling came over me. I wouldn't touch it, dad threw it out. (I don't know if I should say what she did,) on this "family channel" it was a crime so bad, but back then she was in a mental facility and released. I'll just say when we found out, she didn't babysit the neighborhood children anymore.

I kinda have one ghost story. I and my other 3 friends went on vacation to some remote places in mountain. We stayed in a rented house for a night. We slept in 2 rooms, 2 persons each. One person who is in other room than me wake up in dawn and see a scary looking woman with blood all over her face right besides the bed. My friend cannot move and tried to scream but only able to whimper for some reason, waking up my other friend that slept besides her. My other friend that slept besides me also wake up in dawn to find out that he cannot move at all. He's experiencing sleep paralysis. He's freaking out because he cannot move his body at all and because he heard the whimper of my friend that slept in other room. He said that he saw creepy looking shadowy figures floating above the room. When the morning came, they told me what happened, and my friend that slept besides me is a bit pissed because while he was super scared during those experience, I was snoring quite loudly in my sleep. After that because my friend cannot handle to sleep one more night in that place or even stay in there during the day, we move to other place.

A friend and I used to go an "old towne" area of a local town near where I live on Tuesday nights to take pictures of the buildings. My friend is a professional photographer and would take pictures in "raw format", meaning using the full spectrum of light. One of those nights he got really frustrated and yelled out "what's wrong with my camera!" I looked at his camera screen and he had taken a picture of me with a fuzzy grey figure near me. We couldn't see it with our eyes, but he got 13 pictures of this entity in different and strange forms. I have the picture of me with it framed.

I lived in a house which was haunted by the previous owner who died in the house. I knew when she was around from the heavy smell of stale cigarettes (I don’t smoke). One day there was all kinds of paranormal activity in the house, weird frigid breezes, doors opening, lights turning on, topped off by a sensation of ‘something’ passing through me. And then it suddenly all stopped - the ghostie was gone, as if another ghostie came and got her. No more activity after that day. Occasionally I get an other worldly visitor, and I’ve since moved into a new construction home. The ghostie wakes me up at night, visiting roughly once every 3 months or so. I’m guessing it’s a relative, but I’m not sure. Anyway - ghosts can come and go, they are not necessarily rooted to the spot. I wouldn’t worry about an occasional bump in the night.

I was always skeptical, but wanted to believe it & a half way believing it ! Then experienced it myself ,so...I've seen UFOs in Japan many times w/ bunch of my classmates & my sister once ,& a lone , all at separate times ! I have quite strange experiences in my life as well. @@spark_6710 You're welcome! 💜Yeah, people believe in conspiracy theories and are skeptical until something happens to them. Just 30 years ago, we had not discovered a single planet outside our solar system. Now we know of more than 3,000 of them, and we know nearly every star in the night sky has at least one planet in its orbit. I also tend to believe in aliens 👽. Once you delve into research and or the underground, or hear about whistle blowers from Area 51 etc, it's very eye opening! One would have to be very naive to believe that we are the only intellegent species, and that there isn't life on other planets. I tend to have a VERY open mind though, in all aspects of life actually. I appreciate your interest but I don't like to promote my stuff on someone else's channel. I'll keep you posted later and elsewhere though. 💕💜💖

I do. When I was younger I was playing in my bedroom before I had to go to the doctor. When I left I closed my bedroom door. When I got home I went back to my bedroom right away and one of my sister's dolls was tucked into my bed like a child. It freaked me out. In the same place I do remember shadows going up and down the hallway at night when I should be sleeping

Oh my gosh!!! As soon as I saw that picture of the doll head- I got nauseous really bad! That thing looks evil! It’s eyes r evil!! And I’m not in the least bit afraid of dolls at all! You truly need to get rid of that thing as well as the wood container with the bottles. The stuff you found in the back yard. Laugh if you want to but there’s bad attached to it. And it’s no coincidence that both dog and your cat have singled out the curio downstairs. But if that sort of stuff doesn’t sound your gut alarms- then I guess you’ll have to walk down that road with your eyes wide shut if that’s your thing. But can’t say you weren’t given clues ahead of time..... one way or another you’ll come to understand it’s not as “ cool” as you think it is.

I'm wondering if maybe Cinnabon saw a reflection on the mirror or saw movement coming from where you were sitting. If this is at night, you would see reflections from the tv screen. I think u have 1 more ghost story, That time Cinnabon suddenly leapt up & ran to the door then up the tree when he got outside. He was still new to your home & hadn't known u very long yet. The best way to know if you have a ghost is to watch your animals. Ghosts will follow objects so you may have one attached to something you’ve collected. It’s interesting. I lived in a house that had a young girl attached to it, we’d lay in bed at night and hear kids running up and down the stairs it was amazing.

Yeah I was at a museum once and they had swords that were once used by headhunters, they had hair from the victims attached to it and the guide told us weapons like that usually have somethings attached to it (maybe souls or smth) or something paranormal

I know of a collector who bought an old German Kar 98 sniper who started having strange experiences after several months. During the restoration process, he would wake up in the morning to find the scope zeroed to different ranges, the weapon jostled in its mounting, or the bolt open or closed despite him not messing with it. He even one morning found it lying on the ground, as though tossed away, but with the way he had it mounted there was no way for it to fall. Just a strange story I wanted to share.

Someone doesn’t have to die in your home to have a ghost. Ghosts can be attached to items just as easily as property. A ghost could easily be attached to your war memorabilia. A ghost could become attached to an item if meant a great a great deal to them, they had it when they died, or it has something to do with why they haven’t moved on (unfinished business).
