I cut my log with string or unflavored floss to keep the rolls from flattening. Looks so good, thanks for sharing!

I say "gAHla"..like you do..I think it's a tomAto vs tomAHto kind of thing...all that matters is how they taste! ( Love when you reference that the mixer won't be needed! Poor mixer!)

When it comes to the end pieces that roll/log.... Put the doughy side down first so you got the spiral on top. That way, everything looks uniform. This is a great recipe. Thank you for sharing. BTW put in a couple of good shakes of cinnamon for the glaze. That will enhance the spice flavor profile

Is it possible to have the rolls sit in the fridge overnight and then put them in the oven the next day? Planning to make these delicious rolls for thanksgiving 😋

You can make the dough in advance, but not the filling or glaze. The filling becomes very wet and can compromise the quality of the dough if allowed to sit for too long after assembly. To prepare the dough in advance, place in a large bowl after kneading and then cover the bowl and refrigerate. Punch down after several hours then allow to continue to rise for up to 24 hours, then proceed with the recipe as written. :)

I haven't personally tried it, but I think it could end up being a little bit tricky because it could make the dough much more wet. If you do try it I would love to know how it goes. ☺️

There's actually a stick of butter in the glaze, so there's really no need! But if you aren't glazing, that's always an option too. I hope you enjoy the recipe! 🙂
