Cinnamon & Sugar Mini Cookies

Preheat your oven to 350°
Bake for 10-12 minutes OR 15 minutes depending on your oven could take longer keep an eye on them
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup white sugar
1 cup lard or vegetable shortening 
1 tbs vanilla
1 large egg or 2 small eggs

1 cup white sugar for coating the cookies
1-2 tbs cinnamon for coating the cookies
