I’d love if y’all would do a side by side cake comparison. I’ve seen several videos of making a box mix taste like bakery. They say to swap the water for milk, swap the oil for melted butter, and add one additional egg than what the box calls for. Bake as directed. I know y’all would be honest and say if it’s worth it or not flavor wise. Love the videos as always.

My mom made that last night and we haven't ate any yet. I will try it in the morning. I love the Betty Crocker strawberry cake and strawberry icing I also like the Betty Crocker chocolate cake and chocolate icing and Betty Crocker brownies and I think we used to buy Betty Crocker oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix it's good don't get me wrong but it tairs apart a lot. We most of the time just bake the Nestle house chocolate chip cookies or muffins or things like that

I’ve made cakes from Betty Crocker a lot, but I can only get standard flavors in Puerto Rico like carrot and red velvet. Last summer (on 2022), I went to Vicksburg, MS on an internship. I found this cake mix and frosting at a Kroger, and immediately bought it. I couldn’t find the measuring cups in the place I was staying at, so I just put in the water and oil, and out of some miracle, I made the cake super moist. It was the best cake I ever made. Once I found the measuring cups, I couldn’t make it super moist (and I forgot how I made it like that), but it’s still my favorite cake, and everyone else likes it too. Now, I order it on Amazon (or Ebay if they’re cheaper).

Whenever I make a sweet bread or cake, I spray the pan with spray then add a few tablespoons of cinnamon sugar to coat the bottom and sides. It’s always delicious and adds a sweet little crust most people aren’t expecting!

That would be the shit, Thank for the idea... The frosting has like little bit pieces of cinnamon toast crunch bits... I wouldn't recommend taste testing the icing because it was so hard to stop and I don't normally like frostings that much...
