salut Antoine et merci . mes sa fait un très moment que j ai raccrocher pour les prépa, pas a cause de mes poste radio-k7( mon tout premier amour depuis l'âge de 10ans et le skate board ) mes les priorité cotidienne famille /taf/....ect.... car depuis la turbo fait DODO couverte avec une bâche depuis plus 1/2 ans sans vraiment sortir de son box je la démarre de temp en temp et je fait le tour dans les couloir des boxes , car en ce moment j ai pas le temp . de plus j ai n'es plus tout les matériel ( tube inox +bride turbo / coude /turbo .....ect ) bref j avais vidé les stokes a un allemand. essaye de demandé a ( guigui touch ) c est un pote a moi lui aussi fait des prépa tu dois surement le connaitre. ma turbo reprendra du service en fin année . d ici la je te dit a + tard et peux être sur la route ciao.

Hi I use a first generation 60 hp punto 1 gearbox and long gear ratio, the fiat engine / gearbox / carding at fiat its already reinforcing it never breaks. I never broke anything. and the same for the more so that it rolls in fifth turbo or seicento. You have the choice of punto 1 gearbox 55 hp / 60 hp 75 hp / 16v 85 hp 6-speed gearbox. or punto 2 60cv / 80 cv 16v / sporting 16v 95 cv / or panda 1.1l panda 2 55cv 69cv. and for the clutch it is punto 1 1.2l 16v 85 sporting or punto2 1.2l 16v 80 5porte. for the punto sporting 1.4l16v 95cv it wrong recovered the flywheel and clutch because it is 220mm against 200mm for the punto 1 sporting 1.2l 16v 85cv. here you have a lot of choice for a gearbox. @@fabriziopandolfi1857 no there is no modification. because the flywheel of the 1.4l 16v 95hp is as big as the flywheel of the 1.1 / 1.2l 8v / 1.2l16v (OUTER diameter). it is the (diameter of the clutch that changes). for example: you cannot meter the 1.4l 16v 95hp clutch disc on 1.1l / 1.2l / 1.2l 16v 85hp flywheels. because the mechanism of the 14l 16v 95hp is not intended for desus. So if you take the flywheel of the 1.4l 16v 95hp it will mount on the vibrator of your engine and your gearbox and your starter will fix normally (its no modification) .you can find this flywheel on the (grande-punto from year 2005 until now 2020) 1.4l 8v 77hp c and the same flywheel as the 1.4l 16v 95h sporting from punto2.

hi the air air exchanger or radiator comes from fiat marea dt or fiat brava dt or bravo dt or alfa 145 jtd. on my video it is on the right side driver

Hi friend . if you speak well of (two screws alènne) c is 18x1.5. it is the same thread as the lambda probe.

ciao e complimenti, sono Tony da Roma ho una cinquecento sporting e la vorrei fare turbo mettendo il motore 1.2 75cv della fiat punto, bisogna decomprimere il motore o si puo lasciare originale montando solo una turbina? considera che la pressione del turbo la lascerei a 0.5 bar e non più alta. ti ringrazio anticipatamente della risposta e dei consigli che mi darai per transformare la mia cinquecento in turbo, Ciao

hello friend so yes. I have l eased the engine 100% 100 original. to decompress I have installed a cylinder head gasket (not to reinforce) my the most difficult cylinder head gasket on the auto parts site (at non in France the leader is (oscaro). my I pence that you too must have website that sells all brand auto parts. now why i chose not (or rather no longer) to put a reinforced cylinder head in it i wanted the car to be easy to maintain. example: before I meta reinforced cylinder head gasket and its cost me 85 euro + 15 euro transport costs (GT2-I site) cylinder head gasket my before, I did a lot of wild run of the Friday evening and I put the pressure turbo at 1.2bar its going and defoie 1.3bar / 1.4l so I often broke my cylinder head gaskets (strengthen) it withstood 1.2bar for 172cv, my self threw too much I metais more 1.3 / 1.4bar. now I have put back my more civilized 50th turbo, it has become nicer, the pressure remains at 0.9bar therefore no need to reinforce the cylinder head. here is my site where you can see my old turbo prep. aisle hi friend fiat bye. cinquecento.canalblog.com/

You have great skills in engineering and i like your ingenious low budget turbo project but i have watched this video more than 10 times because this song is so bad that it's good and i always laugh when i listen to it! By the way , do you still own that small beastly fiat ?

Hello and thank you . for the song i like it because i don't understand english so the singer's way goes very well because i don't understand english ahahahhahaha. short for the FIFECENTO yes yes dailleur it has evolved in caliter of finishing of part in the engine compartment (example: aviation hose to get oil from the turbo / screw bonjo of competition / petrol regulator on original bridge in 4bar (finished on adjustable competition regulator) and much more before it was reduced (front -8 and -6 rear). now (front -6.5 and back -4.5), I reduced the pressure of the front turbo I was at 1.2bar for 172 horses with line (exhaust in 60mm) now it is at 0.9bar for 154 horsepower with 48mm exhaust line. it has gained torque and above all reliable 100% 100 no risk of getting a cylinder head gasket that breaks. before as on the way on the video on track that the fiftieth was for the run / or circuit and especially the Friday evenings.
