HOW DO I SEND THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AFTER I HAVE PAID THE PENALTY FEE

Our company was registered in February so the CIPC is due in February. This is 2024 - do I file my turnover for financial year 2022/23 or for 2023/24. I wish you would make that explicit on your website because every year I forget which financial year.

Please note the submission of CIPC annual returns is not based on your financial year end but rather on the incorporation/registration date of your company.

I have listened for a long time now and your speaker simply has not explained the most basic requirement namely which financial year do I submit? Say my annual return must be filed in May 2024. Do I file the turnover for 2022/23 in sync with the latest SARS return submitted or turnover for 2023/24 in sync with the latest financial year ? It's really exasperating that I'm still listening and still haven't heard anything remotely addressing my query about which financial year the annual return should reflect ?

Please check the date when your company was registered and note you have 30 days from that date to submit your annual returns.
