Here's an idea. what if Monkey D. Dragon was formerly a member of CP0 and that's one of the reasons he's so cloak and dagger and why he's so wanted by the world government. It would also mean Dragon knows rokushiki which would make him insanely powerful. Because if dragon did become a marine in his young life I don't see him becoming an admiral or anything but a high ranking member of CP-9 or CP-0? that I could totally see happening

Stussy is indeed strong. She's a confirmed armament and observation haki user (vivre card or data book reveals it, can't remember which one) plus she knows at least 2 rokushiki styles from what was seen at WCI (shigan and geppou). Probably knows all 6 styles and maybe the 7th style like Lucci

Tekking I just thought of something. When you mentioned how some tenryubito seem to be more well versed in the world and mentioned the opposite spectrum: Charlos... it got me thinking... honestly Charlos, as depicted, isnt just pampered... he's an idiot (mentally... seemingly... no offense) so what if an existing hierarchy within the tenryubitp attempted a form of genetic warfare because I guess you could just imply inbreeding but if ALL tenryubito did that I doubt that the Gorosei would consistently have 5 members... seriously most tenryubito we've seen are dumb asf and while the one piece world doesn't have planes it is shown to be advanced... VEGAPUNK. So if they understood how genetics worked possibly some of the more powerful families who knew about it used selective breeding rather than inbreeding and used deception in an attempt to make the newer generations of some families more obedient and foolish than the rest because it always seemed that the WG was in no way controlled by ALL of the tenryubito but a select few. I think that something like this makes sense... but that involves having a very minuscule amount of pity for charlos and... ThAt'S ILliGaL

He then gave it to Athena, who famously gave it to Perseus who then put Medusa's head on it. after defeating her by looking through the shiny shield's reflection.

Hi Tekking. A theory I had really long ago is that Spandine (Spandams father) and Laskey (Khalifas father) are the current heads of the CP0. If you go look at the tie and shirt that Spandine wore years ago at the Ohara incident its the same set up that the bowler hat CP0 member has been wearing for years now.
