This is the first non-metal(-adjacent) piece I've heard that uses Harmonic Dominant (aka Phrygian Dominant). I went to a pops concert recently, and this was the stand-out piece. Unfortunately, from what I can tell on KZbin, this is usually presented with COPIOUS vibrato, but thankfully not always. This is absolutely beautiful, thank you.
