This is most certainly the better cut of the two versions.

always come back to this version to experience pure euphoria

why did they dumb this masterpiece down a little for the album? and they omitted the incredible bridge "i promise to write, there's no gift without a price"

To be fair I love both versions but I can see where you’re coming from

Oh man I've only ever heard the Juturna album version, so refreshing to hear such a satisftyingly minimal cut of it.

What I like better about this version is the vocal mixing. I think Anthony's vocals while fantastic, are pressed way too center stage. This vocal volume fits in seamlesslessly with the instruments

So much better than the album version

WHEN THE DEAD WON'T DIE the album version is great too! But this is a little more raw and less produced I really like both versions

They stripped all the rawness out of this song for the album. This version is VASTLY superior imo.
@brosettastone75208 жыл бұрын
I wouldnt say vastly superior, this version is more gritty and amateur, but the album version is very clean and professional. I love both versions :)
@TotinosOtherBoy4 жыл бұрын
By rawness do you mean poorly mixed sounding? Cause i find the sharp precision of the album vers to be much more emotionally raw
@grivza Жыл бұрын
@@TotinosOtherBoy Idk, removing the vocal harmonies from the "Oh, now that I know" line was a big mistake imho. Other than that, both are great.

stop the fuckin car was the first song i heard, but this one was the one that got me, specifically this version. "there's no gift without a price" resonated with my very dramatic teenage self 🤣

Im so glad i can come back to this version, the cut on juturna seems so bland compared to this
@jhala279 жыл бұрын
do you have any other demos by them? I know they're doing an expanded deluxe edition of juturna soon but i was wondering if there is any demos from any of their other albums ? apparently theres a demo version of get out and lazarus but are very hard to find because they were released through the creature club.
@brosettastone75209 жыл бұрын
+Joe Halawani I might have the Lazarus track, I do have some of the creature club tracks uploaded. I'll check around, and thanks for letting me know about that juturna deluxe edition! Thats going to be insanely good

just convert it to an mp3 and store it in your apple music library as an mp3
