Awesome information.gotta apply it on my daily routine.there you go another idea for an awesome video. Make a video on when to do various activities according to your circadian rhythm. Like when to study when to sleep(during the day).

Good video.. U are defining Circadian time with Chronological time,.... But circadian rhythm. Is totally based on sunset time and sunrise time.. Which changed every day... I. Am.. Not. Expert.. Just had my idea

Mera system pura hil gaya hai main iski khoj me tha mera rhythm hi stop hogaya tha main 8 sal se stress tension me hu aur zindagi ka maja khatam hogaaya hai shayad ye rhythm hi zindagi hai aur maja deti hai .

Mam i am not joking at all but meri circadian rythm one by one hi hain lekin AM ki jagah pe PM ho ghaiye hain. Iam frustrated. Main pichle 2years se ise thik karne ki koshish kar raha hoon lekin i am failed. Mam help me out. It's ruining my life.mam i need to talk to you.
