Having this and DID and chronic insomnia, it causes more dissociation, lack of concentration, inability to find words, shifts in pain sensation, indecisiveness, and hallucinations.

My insomnia is because I'm a nerd and stay on some kind of device and I prefer my screen viewing to be in a dark room or even outside, the Florida night sky in yulee is beautiful to look at if your up all night. Nice time to snap a nice night sky shot with a Pixel phone on night mode.

Very interesting! Thank you. No more cell phone or Netflix at night!

My circadian rhythms are a mess. I think I have a non-24 pattern, which causes me real problems because it means that my social responsibilities are often mismatched with my body clock and I have to force myself to completely go against my body clock which can precipitate manic symptoms. Outside of crises, it's the most disabling feature of my condition. I lost my last job because they were expecting me to get there at 6am most of the time, then working a night shift loading lorries, having a day off, then returning to the 6am shift which is just not sustainable for someone with bipolar or any kind of mood disorder really. The annual change in clocks from GMT to BST and vice versa exacerbate my bipolar considerably.

Did you ever get around to monitoring yourself? If so do you have any results?
