CIRCL, dat staat voor ‘Creating Innovative Residential Compact Living Spaces’, is een digitaal woonconcept dat (ver)nieuwbouwprojecten realiseert. De software creëert verschillende varianten van het project om aan de klant voor te stellen. Die kan alle mogelijke keuzes uitproberen, waarbij de impact van elke keuze op de totaalprijs wordt weergegeven. Een woning kan grotendeels industrieel geproduceerd worden, waardoor ze er in zes weken staat. Een woning is energiezuinig, volledig modulair en demonteerbaar, zodat alle onderdelen hergebruikt kunnen worden. De woning bestaat voor 70% uit biogebaseerde materialen en voor 40% uit gerecycleerde materialen.

The software creates different project variations to present to the customer. It can try out all the possible choices, showing the impact of each choice on the total price. A house can largely be produced industrially, meaning that it’s ready in six weeks. A house is energy-efficient, fully modular and demountable, so that all components can be reused. The house consists of 70% bio-based materials and 40% recycled materials.
