It's so helpful that there are so many ''how to take care of your contacts'' videos, because whenever I watch one it reminds me to go look if mine dried out or change the solution. (yes, one pair stuck to the bottom of the case and broke into pieces when i touched it because i didn't change the solution..) so, basically, these videos really do help me take care of my lenses, even when i already know all that stuff :D

Quick question: I know you're not supposed to put makeup on your face before you put in lenses, but what about when you're wearing white-out lenses? They make it very difficult to see and I'm not sure if I'd be able to do a good job on my makeup if I put them in first. Also, thanks for the vid! It was very helpful when I got my first pair.

i have a question? so I bought a pair of green colored contacts, an since my eyes are really dark brown(almost black), an when i first put in the contacts it legit diD NOTHING!!!(kind of turned gray) an im cosplaying both sakura haruno an nozomi, an both of there eyes are like a really nice light green but when i tried on the cosplay i saw my eyes really kind of stand out especially for sakura's (cause her hair is like a pastel pink) an i wanna know is contacts really worth it for the cosplay? also i love your guys channel its rare to find someone who likes anime an shinee (kpop) Fellow shawol 💕💕

Bibi Hood you should change it each time you wear them. So like you wear them, then at night take them out and put them into new solution. But if you don’t wear them the next day, you don’t need to change it, unless you’re letting them sit for a very very long time.

Lol as a person who wears contacts everyday to see, I barely do any of that. I put them in the morning in darkness. I take them off without moving it to the white part. I don't wait for them to soak. If one is about to fall out, I take it out and put it back in whenever and wherever. Good thing about mentioning safety though 👍

When I got my first pair of lenses, it was at a convention. The day after I was going to wear them, and when I got home, I opened them and my mom helped me put them in. I told her I had to soak them, and she's like, no you don't. And i was scared id get like eye cancer😂

+Ari Abs Usually the colour isn't as vibrant/looks a little faded ^^ And you only have to change the solution every time you use them~

+casseawins I believe this solution is meant to preserve the contacts and keep them fresh, not meant to go directly into your eyes! It's better to play it safe anyways ^^;;

+Milkidess Soultion is supposed to be changed out every 7 days. Its stagnant in the water when they send it to you so you need to change it out or it will pain your eyes. Keep the solution fresh at all times!

Where do you get your contacts and wigs from? Also do your contacts need to be prescription or whatever. someone told me you need something special like that in order to get colored contacts

Miss CookieKitten I get my contacts from Pinky paradise (link in the description) and our wigs are from everywhere...ebay, Bodyline, Arda wigs are just a few places ^^ And no, not at all! Prescription is an option if you need them but it's not mandatory if you want to buy contacts C:

I have a question about how you put circle lenses, when you put them on, does it ''stick'' to your eyeball and then you just have to push it towards the center of you eye? And I've seen people that put the lenses directly in the center of the eye, is it any different? (sorry for my bad english :P) and thank you for the great video! :D

when you buy your circle lenses do you have to put in the diameter?? or does it not make a difference

Alyssa Stringer Unless you get the lenses custom made (which are fairly expensive) you don't really get to pick your diameter...you can search by a diameter (14.0,14.2,14.5,14.8,15.0) though on the website. Usually a lens comes in a set diameter ^^

Bara2684 If it's your very first time wearing contacts,, I would start by wearing them for short periods of time. Don't get them the day before a con and than wear them straight for 6 hours XD maybe an hour around your house first, then go to 2 hours and so on and so on ^^ Some people's eyes take to contacts differently because all eyes are shaped differently! Although unless there is something very different about your particular eyes shape, you should be fine ^^ Good luck!~ -Fiona

I ordered mine from maple lense. They came with the cutest cases (I got two pairs). It took exactly 2 weeks for them to come from the Singapore Post to USPS.

+SpyingOwl as far as I know, the page pinkyparadise has a topic ''by prescription'' where you can buy the contacts in the colour & prescription you need it in. usually, every good page should have that topic.

I've never had any issue with dry or itchiness...my eyes get dry from time to time but that's only because I've been wearing my contact for long periods of time.

do you know clear care solution? its a soak type that you leave for 6+ hours with no rubbing do you think it'll work or will it be too harsh?

I can't say that I am familiar with Clear Care Solution...although as long as it says it's okay with contact lenses and it's a relatively respectable brand, it should be okay! Well, when you first buy your contact lenses you always should let them soak up to 6 hours. Although that's the only time you let them soak for six hours. When you take them out after after wearing them for the day you place them in the palm of your hand and add a little bit of fresh solution and GENTLY rub them with your finger to rid of any bacteria/dust. You do that whenever you're taking them out of your eyes no matter what kind of solution. And when putting them back in the case from the palm of your hand, you just add new solution to let them sit in until the next time you put them back in. Hope that cleared things up a little ^^
