1) If you draw the radius perpendicular to the chord , then it bisects the chord . 2) Chord passing through centre is the Diameter which is twice the radius. 3) Circumference = 2πr and Area is πrr 4) Chords equidistant to each other from the centre are equal. 5) Minor arc is less than 180 Major arc is more than 180 Semi circle = 180 Also ,Major arc = 360- minor arc 6) Secant intercepts circle at 2 points. Tangent intercepts at 1 point. 7) Draw radius to the tangent , it will always be perpendicular 8) Two tangents from a common endpoint are congruent. 9) Two circles intersecting at one point are tangent circles. They can be internally or externally tangent. 10) Common tangent = When two circles lie on the same tangent. Common tangent can be internal or external. 11) The central angle which the arc makes is double of the inscribed angle 12) The measure of the tangent chord angle is half of its corresponding arc.

They are congruent, he just didn't explicitly verbalize it, but he did put that marker on them to show congruency. Congratulations, your intuition was correct.

I have a doubt and hope someone help me with this : 8:33 ABCD is called cyclic quadrilateral as opposite angles are supplimentary (it's easy to prove) but what about the property of cyclic quadrilateral that is all vertices must be lie on the circumference of the circle ( clearly D and B are not on the circumference)

You mean the measure? Then, no. I assume you're referring to angle ACB as a central angle (C being the vertex) Measure of arc AB is 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 equal to the measure of the central angle.
