So how do you take care of the Pioneer leather in humid conditions? If there some product that can help you prevent damage caused by humidity?

Thanks for reaching out. Pioneer leather is a top grain leather with a wax and oil pull up finish. Humid conditions (Summer in New England) your home dehumidifier is fine. Also, try using Stressless leather conditioner once or twice a year as usual. After Winter is a very good time for treatment. Hope this helps. Have a wonderful weekend!

Do new stressless leather puddle or ripple?

Hi Jane, Thanks for reaching out. Leather is a natural product with some flexibility to it. It will potentially exhibit comfort wrinkles and/or puddling at some point. It’s the nature of the leather. Additionally, it depends on the style. How tightly or casually the item is upholstered will play a factor. If you would like a style that minimizes this we can help you choose accordingly. Great chairs but how about a heat and massage function that lasts for more than 10 mins and doesn’t need 15 minutes cooldown time? 🤬🤔🙄

At this time Stressless chairs are not available with heat and massage. Maybe someday they will add that feature to their chairs.

We had a stressless jazz recliner. Total piece of crap, never ever have had a chair causing so much back pain as this worthless Piece of furniture. Paid over 2000 euro’s for Total garbage. Never stressless again do not believe their sales promotion.

Stressless makes a variety of styles and sizes of chairs, the one you purchased might not be the right one for you.

I tried several different options in a showroom that sells Stressless where my family lives, and when I sat in the wrong size chair, it was not comfortable to me. But when I sat in the ones that were properly sized to my body, it was like a completely different chair. There were also some models that just didn't suit me, but I did find one that suited me better than anything I've ever sat in before in any price range - that was the one I bought.
