Welcome to Circles of Practice with Kathryn Lovewell!
Need a little breathing space right now?
If you’ve been going full throttle with work or family and your “self-love-tank” is running low, join Kathryn for a tender meditation. Make space for yourself as you gently soothe yourself with the Affectionate Breathing practice.
“What matters
Is that I smile inwardly
At my own failings
Forgiving
And open each day to my own goodness…”
Take some time now, to settle and tend to your own needs, just for a little while. When we give ourselves loving kind attention, we are more able to offer others the same.
This meditation was inspired by Jane O’Shea, Breathing Space.
We hope you enjoy this Circles of Practice meditation, offered freely in service to our global self-compassion community.
