I bought my Circooter Mate brand new on Amazon. I spent 4 months researching, pricing and reading customer reviews on as many Adult E-Scooters as I could find. I was nervous spending $699 on a scooter but it was the cheapest as far as cost goes for an E-Scooter with 440 lbs. max weight limit. I'm a 6'0 250 lb. man, with groceries and clothes on I'm over 300 lbs. so it was very important the max weight was over 300 lbs. This one is well over the limit I was needing and with that being said its bigger and heavier than a lime scooter or one you'd just ride for fun. It makes you feel more secure and safer than the little scooters I've seen a lot of people riding. The lights are probably the coolest thing I continually get complements on. The blue LED lights that run along the bottom of the deck get brighter when you apply the brakes. Its also a safety feature in my opinion. People love my scooter and always ask a bunch of annoying questions. I believe another manufacture makes this same model or something very close. I've seen them with a cheaper battery 10 instead of 12.8 and let me tell you its a big difference. I'm trying to find a compatible 20 mah battery or an 18 mah or find different ways to MOD it myself. I believe Circooter makes this model with a 15.5 mah or they might have made a typo. The charging times are long and that's one thing I don't like. I'm looking into MODing it so I can decrease the time as well. I've had this scooter for 9 months and I've gone 300 miles so far. I need to buy new brake pads and a new kick stand. I have a few complaints and one IMPORTANT WARNING for anyone who buys this brand. Like I said I bought my Circooter Mate on Amazon brand-new. Circooter supplies a few tools for you to adjust the controls and mount the LED screen. The tools don't fit this model or maybe they put the wrong ones from another model in with him by accident. After 2 months of riding I decided to do a detail job on it and cleaned ever nook ands cranny. I noticed something looked off about my rear tire when I was looking straight down at it. One of my shocks in the rear were bent and off center throwing everything off. I inspected it closely and could not believe what I found. The blot and nuts that hold the shock to the tire and frame were so loose it was about to fall apart. My shock and now part of the frame is bent because the manufacture did not tighten the nuts and blots hat hold them together. I could have been seriously injured or even killed. I contacted CIRCOOTER and AMAZON. Both did not care, offered no explanation or apology. I had to go and buy my own tools to fix their terrible mistake. Also, the free storage bag that comes with it is cheap and broke in the first week. I wasn't surprised but I was disappointed. The tires are puncture proof, the deck and ride height have excellent clearance, the brakes work great, the Top speed in Turbo mode is 28 mph, the app allows you to lock the drive wheel, the lights are bright and amazing, the scooter breaks down for easy storage or if you need to get on the bus or put it in the trunk of car. You wont be able to maintain the 28 mph the entire time, as the battery depletes so does the power. The hotter the motor gets the less power it will produce as well. The LCD screen is clean and fits the scooter for its size. The red accent colors on it are vibrant and make it look cool. I put my own stickers on it and yes they're red and black. I'm into knives and my favorite knives manufacture is Microtech. I sell them as a little side business so I have a ton of stickers, lanyard beads and Key FOB chains. So my Scooter is decked out in Microtech LOGOs and decals. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and performance. The Circooter Mate is a good buy at $699 or less. Remember to try and find the better battery with the higher Mah. The knock off Iscooter that looks like the Circooter Mate has the cheaper battery and believe me the numbers don't look like much of a difference but you'll see and feel it and you'll regret it. Also, the Raptor and Raptor Pro are on sale right now for about the same or $100 more than the Mate. The Raptor and Mate are very close in specs but the Raptor and Raptor Pro have much better batteries and bigger motors. I hope this helps a lot of people. I wish someone would have broken all this down for me and saved me months of research. If you have any questions Ill try to answer them for you. Circooter not even offering me an apology or anything really put a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if I will do business with them again. As time goes on more and more quality scooters are coming out. I would love to test there scooters for them and give them an honest opinion and things that would make them better. I ride a lot of miles. The city I live in is very scooter friendly and we have the Centennial Trail the goes 60 miles starting in Washington State and ending in Idaho. I have one of these. Scooter feels very premium and punches above its weight when it comes to power and options. I wish it had a hoot and loop to attach the handlebar to the base when folded though.

Had mine for a couple of months and the rear fender broke and the I just realized that for about a few days I was riding with the stem of the scooter completely broken

I have one. I scraped off the “cir” part so it’s just powered by cooter. A common North American turtle. The problem is extracting the cooter juice to power it.

Once you take these all apart you see how they are all the same as other Chinese made scooters with a few variations. I have the battery apart on mine and its has Chinese Li-ion cells made by Tianneng (ITR18650-2000P) They are labeled as 2,000mAh and are probably over rated. I don't like the folding steer tube setup. It has too much play and reminds me of the old Razor kick scooter folding mechanism. Be careful using these in wet weather. My cables have developed corrosion in the plugs around the display.
