In circuit switching, resources are reserved while packet switching do not reserve resources for the communication session. Compared to packet switching, circuit switching has low efficiency, but it offers minimal delay due to reserved communication resources.

It's a Technique in which message is transmitted into network of computers by dividing the message into small packets, so that there isn't any traffic of message. Through this technique we are communicating in the present world. You can take WhatsApp Message transmission as an example.
