Mine was manufactured in 2021...eek I think. Imi am not sure how older erlbachers were made. But I think it is still quite similar in design. Some people I think have put bolts with 'wing nut' type ends so they can hand tighten/loosen without a tool

Always helpful. I don't have a CSM "yet". But when I do, This is probably where I will start looking for tips and tricks on how to make it do the things that I want it to do. 🥰

So what I want to know is how to put the needles in, my crank won’t go around to let me put the rest of the needles back in. We need a beginner tutorial to show us how to actually get started. Love your videos

I feel like something is in the way of your v cam for it not to crank. Also erlbacher just put up this video and the video before it about putting your vcam and a other piece on the machine correctly. It's hard to diagnose what is happening without actually seeing it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/inaaYamNo8ydgKc Also if ot is an erlbacher. I suggest calling them to help diagnose. They are soooo helpful

Aquila, I put in the cylinder, same as you, but as I crank past 3 o clock, I hear a clunking sound. People are telling me, it is because of the screws, something about them not being screwed in evenly. I unscrewed them both and rescrewed them both so many times and the problem is not solved. I may call Erlbacher to see what's going on.

Sometimes I have to mess with the mechanisms that lift the needles. They need to be pushed back against the cylinder. (The triangles that move, sorry I can't think of proper names right now). I would definitely call erlbacher. They are always super helpful

@ yes I emailed Kim Williams a video of those flipper thingies trying to pick up the needles. That is what it is having a problem doing. Thanks Aquila, I’m a leftie too so your videos are a tremendous help! Thank you for everything ❤️
