Caitlyn Nichols it processes the blood. It’s coming from the small intestine.

it filters all the toxins coming from the intestines and stomach (for example if a ingested toxin or a bacteria from your flora gets in the hepatic vein it is filterd by your liver and doesn't get in your systematic circulation). It also process the ingested carbohydrates and lipids.

You can always pause and rewind the video. He does an amazing job in his videos, this is just his teaching style.

I actually appreciate that he repeats the terms over and over. Repetition is what helps me remember the words. I guess we all learn differently!
