The guitars on this are fabulous 🔥 Heaver than the other versions I've heard and so much power to them.

Mr. Cool Forever Kool! Your hearing the first incarnation of Cries In The Night here boyz. This was before Chris Holmes burned the brand of his sound into the band! Hail Chris!!! Forever the true guitar sound of W. A.S.P.!!! There is no mistaking the guitar playing of certain players. You can turn off ALL the lights in the pitch of night and I will Know when Chris is playing! I will Know when Rhoads is playing. I will know when Eddie Van Halen is playing. I will Know when Glen Tipton is playing. I know when Stevie Ray Vaughn is playing. And as the flames roar through my head in Hell the Chris Holmes sound will be cranked to 10. Im hearin cries in the night. I cant wait another day!!!

Wasp did have their own brand of guitar..almost has an " airy" sound to it..if that makes sense

Does anyone hear 3 later wasp songs in this song mr.cool, listen for: whom the bells toll, tormentor and Cries in the night? I hear just small riff sections from each song, just an observation i had while listening to wasp on repeat.

I dont think about tormentor but you are right about for whom the bell tolls

Technically, this is SISTER, & not Circus Circus, as the lead guitarist on this is Randy Schatz, & not Randy Piper... to further complicate things Circus Circus shot their video of this song To Sister's. audio demo
@cbusch695 жыл бұрын
But the guy playing guitar in the video (and the photo above) is Piper, right? And they lip synced to the demo that was recorded by Sister for the Circus Circus video? That's pretty trippy. Thanks for the info! Any idea if that early stuff can be found on vinyl?

I prefer this to cries in the night.. and prefer the original killer kane version from 1976 to this. Mainly because the drums on this recording sound super muddled.

He was amazing but only missed the mark with bad marketing. Sister? Bloody stuff. He needed more of a earthly Guns N’ Roses image. Not some fuck a girl in half image. That’s a horrible idea. Talent but not marketable. So he just stayed at cult status
@nicholsonjay47245 ай бұрын
I like cries in the night better. The chorus in this one goes nowhere really.
