somehow i did this in one day??? it's really messy i know, i really didnt tell the story i wanted the way i wanted to. i wanted to show the progress of dean and cas falling in love and each of their perspectives on it so, you know, cas going from the perfect little soldier who had faith to the angel who made love doubt and rebel and dean going from the faithless non believer to the loyal, believing guy cas turned him into and i feel like i didn't really convey those feelings but i still wanted to post this on the 5th.
i have no idea how i somehow left out all the iconic scenes but here we are?? like not a single hug included wtf this is a six minute video????? and somehow i did it???
anyway, happy anniversary to them and the loss of my sanity.

Every time I think I’ve seen all the parallels, another edit comes along that rips my heart out in new and terrifying my ways. This was amazing. My new favorite edit 1000%. Each clip went perfectly with the song, and after I was already crying, the quote at the end sent me spiraling into the void. You really captured the essence of their whole relationship. I think the part where Ishim says Cass used to be an ‘Angel’s Angel’ is important… I think he’s referring to his feelings for Dean. Being gay I’ve heard comments like that my whole life… in the sense of people saying I’m not a ‘man’s man’… I think it was the shows writers giving us more clues about Cass and Dean’s feelings for each other. 👍🏼

This is a goddamn masterpiece! holy crap! its so freakin good! and it tells their entire story. every epic couple, imo, deserves an edit to this song and this one for destiel is insanely perfect. oh and god i love the transition at 4:29 that was brilliant. and the "you only want what you cant have" parallels. and the scene of dean watching jimmy and amelia, that's something i dont think i have ever seen in a destiel vid (and i've seen a lot) and its works so good here.
