Sweet! I'm no contortionist but I'm relatively flexible. I really appreciate her transitions and how she switches her hand positions. Gonna try this.

I used to performed those exercises when I was 13, now I'm 20 and want to get my flexibility back but just thinking about going back in some exercises makes me remember how hard is to breathe and relax, it's too hard. I trained for 2 years and never got used to be in that position while breathing effortless.

So graceful and flexible. Makes everything look so easy. There's me thinking I was quite flexible. Tried some of these and it felt like my back was gonna snap in half 😳🙃😅 Just like that saying though, "How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practise" 👍😛 How often is recommended for exercises like these please?

I really feel this in my shoulders and my back, not just my back, which is great because I’m always trying to stretch my back without hurting it. Feel so much better in my muscles after doing it. Thank you for the routine!

It is! 😀 I started practicing at 28, never doing anything before. Now I can actually do a split and touch my feet to my head in a cobra. My flexibility teacher says age doesn't matter all you need is determination and a lot of patience. It takes time, but if you do it every day you will get better!

@@aerialamethyst3689 This is great. Probably starting at an early age learn faster but knowing that we can start late still be flexible with training is great

There should be more of a lead-in to starting this routine. The average person cannot even come close to the first movement (cobra) without having performed it previously, and / or a proper warm up routine. She is obviously more advanced being with Cirque, but when she starts the cobra, she says lay on your stomach, then place your hands even with your shoulders.... well, her hands were lower than her shoulders to start, and each time she repeated the press, her hands went even lower again. We're not even going to talk about touching your head with your feet......
