Had 2 flights now in Cirrus, first go i thought fly it like our Piper Tomahawk, same speeds below 300, Cirrus is then easy to fly and land.

New Cirrus have an AoA meter. This tool should be standard equipment on all planes. Reading the AoA meter instead of waiting for a stall horn (too late in base to final turns) is an advancement in aviation. The AoA meter also allows a more aggressive base to final turn on short final because you can see more quickly when the turn is going south and plan for a go around sooner. But the single best way eliminate poor setups and unstable approaches is to avoid short finals entirely. Fly way out and long, even if you have to get behind someone else on approach and give yourself the time and distance to get stabilized. Then every touchdown becomes nearly routine and uneventful.

I know this is 2 years old but I am shocked at the way the seat belts are being worn. Lap belt on your stomach? Death trap.

smooth landings would be a lot easier and safer if you would put a slotted flap on this million dollar airplane. Come on people get it together look at the LX7 version of Lancair, their wing flap is what this plane should have on it not the cheap version thats on it now.
