He even went into the pollution screen, where you could clearly see that the water around the water pumps was not contaminated, commented on how polluted the industry was (Even saying that you couldn't even see the industry trough the smog) and continued to ramble on about poop pumps and even eventually shut down the clean water pump out of paranoia.

Just so you know, Kevin, if you use the bulldozer with a filter for abandoned buildings only, you can change the radius so it clears out the abandoned buildings in a large area at once. It would save you a ton of time.
