what pathway is the roundabout in the beginning? or the ones used for the arches?

The roundabout is the zoo pathway from Parklife, the arches is the gravel pathway from the base game.

I can’t get the farm plots to work properly, even with shutting all snapping off.

Try turning on only the grid snapping tool, the rest are off.
